From Nenasala to National Impact
The Beginning - 2016
It all started at Nenasala Gampaha (Medagama). While pursuing my own education, I began teaching Grade 6-9 students advanced skills like Python programming and Hardware Engineering. This experience laid the foundation for my philosophy: technical education should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background.
Building KDJ Lanka - 2018-2020
While completing my Bachelor's degree at Teesside University, I transformed KDJ Hosting from a small provider into a major web hosting company. In 2020, I founded KDJ Lanka (Pvt) Ltd and became CTO of an Australian parent company — balancing corporate leadership with my passion for education.
The $1 Revolution - 2024
Recognizing the economic challenges in Sri Lanka, I launched the "Pro Hub" on Nas.io with a revolutionary $1 subscription model. This democratized access to premium tech education, making "uncut masterclasses" and "Learn & Earn" challenges accessible to thousands of students.
National Impact - 2025
A landmark year: I conducted the first-ever "Physical AI" training for Sri Lanka's Special Task Force Cyber Division — a 5-day residential workshop that transformed commandos into cyber-operators. I also trained Uva Province officials, helping automate government red tape through AI-powered digitization.
